Our laser systems can professionally label and weld different components. The manual insertion of the components on a dual rotary table with component nests can be asked optionally through the tool encoding. If you wish, loading and discharging with robots is possible at the laser systems as well.

Step feeder

Description:
At the step feeder the separation of the different tubes takes place. The warehouse is equipped manually with up to 1000 tube pieces and is separated over steps. Servo systems enable step adjustment for the different tube measurements. The step feeder is realised through the servo systems as well.
